Power MOSFETs
inergy’s Power MOSFETs portfolio offers a wide voltage range from 20V to 200V in many applications; such as switch mode power suppliers (SMPS), server and telecom power, micro inverters, motor control, home and professional appliances.

Advanced gate technology is implemented in the low and medium voltage Power MOSFETs, providing low on-state resistance, improved gate charge and more efficient FOM. All products are equipped with comprehensive protection functions, including over-voltage protection, under-voltage protection, over current protection, thermal shutdown protection, lockout protection, and automatic recovery. These built-in protection features enhance the reliability of the applications. Users can quickly accomplish the motor control parameters adjustment via inergy GUI.
inergy’s single-phase BLDC motor drivers support 5V/12V/24V systems. The products are suitable to graphic cards, PC, servers, telecom base stations, pumps, and other BLDC applications.
